Does anyone know of a website that reviews vets or can anyone recommend one?

You can look online, or ask around. Often times, you'll want to hear from someone with experience with a particular vet before going there. Where did you get your puppy. If it was from a breeder, ask them. If it was a rescue organization, ask them. Someone will be able to find a vet for you.

I have always told people to go to the local dog groomer or a breeder that lives in the area, most of them show dogs and will know the best vets and who not to go to.

Its always best to ask friends,relatives and co workers whom they recommend.If a name comes up more than once that is probably a good vet.
