There are many passages about fear of the Lord. Go to LDS.org and click on scriptures. You can then pick Old or New Testament and type in fear in the search engine. It will bring up all verses dealing with fear.

go in www.BibleGetaway.com and you can do a search by keyword, type in fear and you will get as many as 253 passages from the New international version or 356 from the English standard version. You can pick the bible version too. Good luck.

There are 392 verses in the bible that mention the word fear. Are you sure you really looked? 61 appear in the book of psalms.
Many times the word fear simply means to be in 'awe' of God like in this verse. Psa 2:11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. It does not always mean to be fearful/afraid.
Psa 5:7 But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.
Psa 19:9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
The following is the most known that refers to not being afraid: Psa 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

You can use a concordance and look under the word fear and that may help. You can also use Internet Bible sources such as crosswalk.com or searchgodsword.org. Just type in the word fear and you find plenty of resources there.

The other day I read that the phrase "fear not" appears in every book in the Bible.
This of course could depend on the translation. You might try using
http://www.biblegateway.com/keyword/
Select King James Version and see if this is true.
