I am a really nice girl, but I can't seem to meet any guys! My main problem is that all of my best friends are guys, and typically guys don't want to approach you when you are surrounded by other men! Even when I'm out and about how do I get a guy to come up to me and start a conversation? I guess I just need to know how to look approachable...I need help....I'm sure if I could just look approachable then I could get guys to talk to me and maybe ask me out??? Guys do you ever go up to a girl when you are out shopping or something?? ahhh I need guidence! To top it off I am the only single one in our group now...I hate being a 3rd, 5th, 7th wheel ect...you know! I know I shouldn't care because I really am happy for all of them, plus for a long time I was the only one that WASN"T single...but I'm really ready to start dating...I just don't know how...help!

Well, its the guys job to make the first move. If he is smart enough and is attracted then he will come up to you no matter how many guys suround you. But if you try to start "looking" approachable then the guys will get the wrong idea. "If you're not in business, don't advertise". So just stay the way you are, if the right guy will come along, you will know. :) plus, if he still is willing to give you all the attention you can manage when you guys are dating then he is rare. Most guys usually date only for "action" after that they don't do much but one nighters. So, just give it some time and don't look a lil desperate. Guys will get the wrong idea, or just feel bad and try to "hook" you up...

Forget about the morons that say a women is supposed to wait for a guy to come to her. Let me tell u that most nice guys dont like to make teh first move but like to meet in the middle or have a gal show interest in them by giving a certain look. Also what the heck are your group friends doing? Why cant they get off their butts and help u find a guy. What are they for anyways, just for u to please them and make them laugh?

If you really want a b/f, you'll find one- He will respect you, and care about+for you, and he WILL ask you out! I'd do that- but I'm only anwering your question, and I'm not trying to "get a girl". I met a guy at work...so try getting a job. or just go to the mall/movies/bowling alley/ dance club! there's THOUSANDS of guys out there just waiting to be found. Also try approaching the guy...guys don't always have to make the first move, ladies can do it too! Just have confidence! and be yourself!
