Would any women here 30 and over date a guy around 24, and why would you do that?

My sister is 30, dating a 21-year-old and it's working out well so far.

Why? Good times, good sex, no commitment. Just to have fun, I guess. You can't base your judgement on someone's age, because you never know how much you'll have in common with someone else.
