Although I notice that American society is very sexually open, it is shocking to find that the people who are most open and experienced about sex are the big, bad guys & the hot-looking women. The remainder of the people are either too naive to know all about sex, or are too religious about it.

Don't you wish that ALL Americans knew more about sex & are able to judge when to have a relationship and when to have some fun? And rather than putting a "ban" on sex outside marriage, would it not help if the govt. instead decided to help educated ALL Americans about sex & relationships - that way would be the best to vastly reduce or prevent STDs?

Because if only the “big” guys can have all the sexual fun they want, most likely they will also carry “big” STDs......LOL

Oh I just could not resist to answer, and hope it helps you too. You are no doubt thinking with your penis not your brain, to really think the "big" guys and "good-looking" girls are the ones that are open or experienced on sex, well their view is not the one that the majority of society is deep down craving. My dear that lifesyle will get you no, yes no true satisfaction. None, it is not posssible, you get it physically, but in the heart, it will not take place. We are not designed to get our fulfillment by only sex. Nothing, no sex like that, can compare to being married, in a monogamous relationship and to really know another person and be free to love, with each other and not worry about disease, cause of sex with multiple partners. If you ever settle down and have this then you will know that what you get single does not fulfill you. Married life brings all the perks if you treat it right, and there is nothing wrong about not knowing everything about sex, marriage brings years of fun experimenting....and yeh this is being answered by a religious female, that can say she has been there done that and was blessed to leave that lifestyle and join the side that really knows the truth and wonderful meaning of sex, love through marriage. You have a lot to learn and ain't seen nothing yet!!!!

thats not a question about sexuality.. that was a question about sex and diseases...

and as far as education of sex and relationships go... there is sexual education in middle and high school... i hope you know that... and its also the responsibility of the parents to educate their kids about sex and relationships and protection.. and the number one way to prevent std's is to wait till marriage, which is why there are people that wait till after they're married to have sex.

your being very stereotypical when you say that the most open and experienced people in sex are big bad guys or hot looking women, you obviously havent lived in the united states long enough to see that..

I don't know where you live, but in my part of the country, its not true that only big guys and hot women know about sex and experiment and such. One of my friends, who is a middle aged conservative mom, has told me about some of the wild things she does in the bedroom. There are many types of people who do lots of experimenting.
As for the government teaching about sex, well, schools do that. In 5th grade, kids get the basics--about puberty, differences in guys and girls and basically how sex works, although are strongly encouraged not to have sex. In 7th grade, high school seniors with the aid of nurses, taught kids about various STDs and consequences of unprotected sex. In 9th grade, once again, the school nurse came into the classroom in health class for 2 weeks and taught us more in depth about pregnancy, STDs and various options for safe sex. In ANY of these classes, we were free to ask questions about ANYTHING regarding sex. We were even asked to write down questions on paper and submit in writing, so questions could be answered without the embarrassment of everyone in class knowing who asked what question. I think that was pretty good education. :)

theres so much out there to educate people about safe sex that i dont think getting the government involved is going to help, its something that each intdervidual needs to realize that safe sex should be practiced more if we want to prevent STDS from spreading. You cant change everyone but change does start small.
