I have a couple different ones, depending on what kind of mood I'm in: one for hard rock, one for rock, one for rap / dance, one for pop.
I've found that "Here It Goes" by Ok Go is VERY motivational for me. I try to put that in the last 10 minutes or so of my workout, which is the hardest for me, and that song just keeps me going.

Yeah, it's all alternative, but i think that's the best for working out because you can always find a strong rythym, and there's some melody to it. Besides, its easier to not pay attention to running when someone is screaming "mama, we all go to helllll" or there's some crazy guitar riff in your ear, it usually catches your attention before the pain in your calves. I tend to zone when i run, too. So this keeps me from slowing down if I have something fast paced to work with.
