i had the same problem. Obviously you have a pirated version of windows. either you updated your windows using pirated cd or you were cheated when you bought your computer. anyhow, the only way out of this is to buy a legal version of windows. having pirated windows does not only mean that annoying message appear, but also means you can't update your computer, such as installing ie7 of wmp 11. so, there is no other way ....

flow to abode windows folder system32 u will see many documents there. seek for a report which has an icon reminiscent of the icon u see interior the notifications[interior the taskbar close to clock] u won't be able to delete that report yet u can exchange that is call[any call possibly your call too!!] while u exchange that is call the report will become non useful. and ur notifications will end.

If it says it's not genuine, your copy is probably a pirated copy. what you can do is buy a genuine copy, or if you think you have a valid cd key, then you can contact Microsoft to figure it out

You can run zonealarm and protect ur computer from running this program:wga32.exe or something like this
press control+alt+delete
then choose the tab which shows the files running.then find true program to stop running it
