I don't think there's been any evidence to indicate that one causes the other. It would be chalked up to coincidence if an alcoholic parent (or parents) produced a homosexual child.
There are plenty of other (medical) results of parents' alcoholism on children, such as fetal alcohol syndrome and birth defects. And psychological consequences can include depression, and a predisposition (of the child) to abuse substances later in life.

No, but if the parents are homophobes they sometimes become alcoholic when they learn of the child's homosexuality.

What came first, the chicken or the egg? I can envision certain homophobic parents becoming alcoholic because their kid is gay, but why would a kid be gay because of alcoholic parents? Besides, being gay is not a deliberate choice. A person is born either gay or not.
