Credit agencies will not change your address unless you can provide proof of an address change (ie: utility bill with your name on it - NOT a cell phone bill, but like gas or water bill, copy of first page of the lease to your apartment, etc...).
Your driver's license with the valid address on it works like gold as well.

I changed my address with them by calling all three of them. The same way if you have a complant with anything on your report...

Call them and get it changed, they may require you to prove the address.

Visit each of their website and find out the best way to contact them
www.experian.com
www.transunion.com
www.equifax.com
Contact them and they will tell you what to mail to them. (ex: License, Utility Bill etc)
