I want a racing bicycle like lance armstrong rides but not that expencive. I'm looking to spend $200 at most. What are my options? Where can i get the best bike for my money? Help!!

You can also try Craig's List (www.craigslist.org). There are LOTS of things for sale there...

You get a bicycle for cheap, you get a cheap bicycle. Avoid your discount retailers (Wal-Mart, Target, etc.) who sell cheap bicycles cheap. They're going to be low-performance, poorly made, uncomfortable bikes.

Go to a bicycle shop. You're going to pay a little more, but the dealer is going to help fit the bike to you and your needs and will probably have used bikes at a savings.One other advantage is months down the road if you decide biking isn't for you, you can re-sell the good bike for al least a portion of what you paid for it. That Wally-world bike may as well be placed by the curbside.

Don't forget accessories such as helmet and bike carrier.
