Wal-Mart sells several hair, skin and nail vitamins for just a few dollars. They also carry one that is just for hair. In thier vitamin isle, it's located just below the daily vitamins, and just to the right of the kids vitamins. It works great. Also, use it with some good salon quality strenghthening shampoo.

MY HAIR ARE THE SAME KIND BUT THEY ARE BLACK.MY MOM MASAGES SOME MUSTARD OIL OR SOME OLIVE OIL ONE HOUR BEFORE WASHING.AND WASH UR HAIR 2 OR 3 TIMES A WEEK.OR ELSE U COULD TAKE ONE ONLY ONE DROP OF OLIVE OIL AND NOT MORE THAN THAT AS IT WILL GET OILY AND RUB IT ON UR HANDS AND THEN ON UR HAIR WHAN THEY R WET AND U WILL NOTICE THAT THEY ARE SILKY AND SHINING. BUT DONT FORGET THAT U HAVE TO PUT THE OLIVE OIL JUST AFTER 2 OR 3 MIN AFTER WASHING UR HAIR.I HOPE THIS WORKS ON UR HAIR.............
