that my boyfriend has been in contact with his ex in Lancaster CA, how do I look up if he has been communicating with her?

there's a button on the top of ur browser... roll over each one until u find the one that says history. but, if he's smart, he already cleared it.

If you have firefox or internet explorer go into on of the menus...in firefox the menu is "go" and i dont know what it is in internet explorer but you click history. That shows you all the browsing history....but the problem is if you have a smart guy he may have erased the history by clicking 'clear private data'
Defiantly check his phone or blackberry, etc

Browsing history of what? If you want to check the history on Internet explorer all you have to do is look at the history tab. But I don't think your going to find anything on there. Might be a better idea to check his phone.

I'm sure he cleared history. Best bet, install some spyware program then you'll know for sure. Good luck!

Why not just confront him with your questions? If you are SURE he contacted her, then I think you have the right to ask. This depends on how "involved" your relationship is.

if you don't know his passwords you can find out what website he's been on by searching the computers "cookies" folder
