Get her number and sms her. Get to know each other then invite her to coffee. Start speaking to each other when you pass in the hall or bus or whatever. Start small if you're shy with simple Heys and hi's and how you. Then ask about her weekend and school work. Ask a few questions- not so many that it's stalkerish- but rather to keep conversation flowing.

How can you love someone that you don't actually know?
Put your shyness to oneside and ask her out, what have you got to lose, she can only say no and as you don't know her its only a word.
I used to be really shy, and it held me back so many times, I'm still quiet with people that I do not know but I make more of an effort to get involved.

think you should ask her out. i rekon she likes you too if she keeps looking at you.
Best to go up to her, ask how she is, hows your day etc.
once you get talking it'll be ok.
am not sure how old you are, ask her if she wants to meet up after work/school/college (or what ever you do during the day). if she says she cant, that when you ask "can i least have your phone numer, i really like you"
dont be embarrssed. once you get it out your chest and tell her that you like her, it will be huge relief.

firstly you dont love her- like you said, you dont know her. so you LIKE this girl, go up to her(in private) talk to her, then ask her out. its not hard. the worst she can say is no, and if she does that then at least youve tried. if youve picked a nice gal then she'll let you down easy. youve got nothing to lose. more often then not, people say 'yes' when you ask them out! good luck xx

u should go 2 her and tell her that u really like her coz u never know if she really like u if u dont make a first move then if u get a negative answer u can say 2 ur self "at least i try"
