ok.. im in middle school and i want to know some things hat i can do to hlp me get a scholar ship into college...please help me nobody in my family has been to college...so please help me this means alot to me..im serips no jokes please...

There are 3 kinds of scholarships:
1. athletic
2. academic
3. miscellaneous
Your best bet (unless you're a super athlete or a brainiac) is to look into different scholarships. Do some research on line when you're closer to being a senior in high school. Many of them will require you to read a specific book and write an essay or some will just require you to write an essay based on your life experience.

You need to make excellent grades and it is important to get involved with extra curricular activities. Run for class officer, join clubs, write for the newspaper, etc. Also get involved with civic activities outside of school: scouting, charity work, and fund raising. All of that will look very good on your applications. Make sure your counselors know about your goals. They can help you.

Go to your school couselor. See what kinds of scholarship programs are out there, and apply for as many as you are applicable for
