Yes. I was an intern in a lab and one of the workers was a general surgery resident. She ahs a husband and a son.

Sure they do, it is not like they be in the operating room 24-7. Sometimes they just have a busy schedule and have to be at the hospital, that is why they get to drive around in the expensive cars and have the beautiful homes. Beleive me, when they are working, they are getting good pay for it.
