Anyone know any really good inner and outer thigh excersizes? I've looked some up on the internet, but nothing looks good. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Nothing beats yoga or pilates based exercise for toning thighs and mix that with running or swimming and weight training like body pump and you're thighs will look fab!!

If you drink soda stop............. drink water! And go buy an exercise thing like the "RED" it should help especially if you drink soda it will work if you drink water. Hope I could help.
