I'm really suffering inside. I have no one I can confide in, no one to talk to. I need to talk to someone. Can you tell me if there's a chat site for help? Like a psychatrist or something? Plz help. I'm desperate.

I'm not stressed. I'm sad. All the time. My moods swing. I feel lonely, even though I have friends and a loving fiance.
I need to talk to someone. I'm hurting.

If you call a local psychologist/psychiatry clinic they will be able to give you a number to get help. If you can afford to pay for help, it may benefit you to seek professional help, at least in the short term. If you cannot, there are often establishments set up that can assist you for little to no money (Usually just a $5 co-payment, the state covers the rest).
I do not know your age, nor the problem, nor if there is a major event that has sparked your current depression, or if it has just been a progressively developing problem. So, I can't offer you the best advice that I might have.
I'm currently a medic in the U.S. army, and while I'm certainly no mental health specialist we're deployed currently and I've been dealing with a lot of cases of severe depression along with battle stress (I'm sure you're not under battle stress though, of course).
I was also prone to depression when I was younger, even on the verge of suicide at one stage of my life. I've since recovered through a strong spiritual regrowth in my own life (I am a practicing buddhist).
If you need someone to talk to, contact me on yahoo messenger, or via email. You can find both of them on my yahoo Answers profile. I've been going out on a lot of mission lately, but I spend a lot of my free time here on the Internet.
I would genuinely be glad to spend some time with you. (And don't worry, I won't preach -- Some people fear that when I say I've undergone a spiritual regrowth).

Are you going through alot of stressful events right now? Is this depression or anxiety? Do you have a general physician you can go to? I've been on my medication for 2 days and all i can say is if this is how we are suppose to feel and view like then I have been missing out on alot for the past 10 years. I was really sad and depressed and felt hopeless and just delt with it because i thought i was ok....recently i finally asked for medication and my depression is gone and nothing is overwhelming me anymore.

well Yvonne if you have a friend that u can trust and u know that will understand you should talk to him of her. the same thing happened to me just this past week. i had a huge problem in my life and i knew my best friend ,chase, would understand so i talked to him and he helped all he couled but the rest was up to me i needed to let myself acceped the advise he gave me and i did. now here i am. well he helped me alot n finding out who i am because i had no idea who i was but with his help i figured it out. anyway talk to a friend, write in a journal, or just let your feelings out in song or poetry, or anything you like to do. thats what i did and now im alright. im just as normal as possible but a warning the pain will never go away it wll always be there all u can do is deal with it and controle it. well i wish i could help u more but thats all i have to give u im sorry. SYLP!

They have some information resources and chat rooms and you can ask a therapist a question.
Good luck!
