It ain't really safe until the end of March. One more week and then for sure it is safe to put them away.

Well, I wouldn't. I don't think we're done with the cold weather. I live in Southern California and last week we had over eighty degree days, now we're back in the fifties. I know that's not cold to a lot of people, but it is for us (for me). I haven't packed away my warm stuff yet.
