I get a headache in the same spot everytime i get a headache. it only goes away when go to sleep. i'm really not sure what triggers it but it seems like if i don't eat for a long period of time or if i read i get it them. and when i get them i am very sensitive to light. i am a teller at a bank so i am constantly staring at the computer all day everyday. could it be related to my vision. it's been a few years since i had my eyes checked and that was just at school. it also seems like i squint when i read small writing. i'm not sure what is causing these headaches but if anyone else has an idea i would like to know. thanks!

.Sounds like you are suffering from a migraine headache. A migraine headache is a form of vascular headache. Migraine headache is caused by a combination of vasodilatation (enlargement of blood vessels) and the release of chemicals from nerve fibers that coil around the blood vessels. During a migraine attack, the temporal artery enlarges. (The temporal artery is an artery that lies on the outside ofthe skull just under the skin of the temple.) Enlargement of the temporalartery stretches the nerves that coil around the artery and causes the nervesto release chemicals. The chemicals cause inflammation, pain, and further enlargement of the artery. The increasing enlargement of the artery magnifies the pain. I too suffer from migraines and I use Fioricet to help the ease and manage the pain. Fioricet is a barbiturate sedative mixed with a non-aspirin pain medication and caffeine. This non-narcotic pain medication and relaxant is often prescribed for tension headaches caused by contractions of the muscles in the neck and shoulder area, and migraine headaches. I buy Fioricet Online with NO Prescription at PainMedicationRx.Com. US licensed 24/7 online pharmacy. FAST Overnight Fedex shipping and a FREE Rx on all orders. i hope this information helps Dear.

i know that headaches can be brought on if you haven't eaten for some time. sensitivity to light is often a symptom of migraines.
i'd suggest going and getting your eyes checked for sure if it has been a while. when i was in school and at the computer many many hours my vision deteriorated and i had to get glasses as i was short-sighted. they definitely help when i am looking at the computer for hours or reading. one thing i was told to do when working at the 'puter a lot was to take a break every 20 mins and focus my eyes on something on the other side of the room for a few mins. gives the eyes a break from looking at the screen all the time.
i actually don't wear my glasses very much because i don't want to get too used to them. last time i got my eyes checked i was told my eyes had actually improved slightly because of that. i guess by not using glasses unless i felt i really needed to then my eyes still had to do some work and didn't become dependent on the lens.
i think an opthamologist/optician would probably prescribe a very weak lens that you'd only have to wear when working at the computer or something like that. good luck!

When you do not rest enough, you get headaches. When you are stressed from work, you get long-term headaches. I don't really know the types but i believe that everyone has experienced headache at least once so we will know the consequences.

coming from reading and a computer? sounds like glasses are needed..

I get migraines often, however, used to get headaches like you describe for a long time (that are different than *my* migraines) and getting an eye exam and appropriate glasses all but stopped my getting them.

To my experience, it could be lack of sleep or food.
Try taking some extra naps and fluids, it might help.

could be eyestrain, could be migraines. go ask a real doctor, because it might be serious.
