I want you to find a tv show with someone getting interviewed and tape it. Watch it a bunch of times and mimic the sounds that you hear pronunciation and intonation. Secondly you have to record you own voice and listen for your own mistakes.
It works And its free.

It's not free, but my wife found a great program to learn to pronounce English better called English without an Accent. She found it on ebay.
