Start by making better choices. Keep away from junk foods, fast foods, candies, sodas and other sweets. Eat healthy and include fruits and veggies. Never skip meals and eat throughout the day. Never ever starve yourself--that won't help you lose weight!
Drink water!! Water really is important for the weight loss process.
Finally, get active! Ride a bike, go for a walk, dance around your house, play a sport--anything! Just get moving!!
It also helps to keep a journal of what you eat, when you eat and how many calories you're taking in. Sometimes it's a shocker when we actually add all those calories at the end of the day. Adjust your meals to keep your calorie intake some where around 1200.
Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
You can do it!!☺

Start by increasing your physical activity.
Are you doing any form of regular exercise ?
The equation is quite simple really.
Energy in should enter energy out.
For your height you should weigh in around 135 give or take.
Which means at your current weight you have about 65 or so pounds to lose.
You did not gain this weight over night so be easy on yourself as it will take time to lose as well.
You need to reduce your calories. Do not chintz on the food as you need to stay healthy and get the proper nutrients to protect you lean body mass.
Start by reducing the portion sizes of what you are eating.
If you take the bus to school, get off a few stops early and walk a few blocks.
The key is to find an exercise routine that works for you.
If you are not into running chances are you never will be.
Find something you like, be it yoga, swimming, etc.
I also recommend walking to new clients because it is easy and affordable.
You want to workout 3 to 5 days a week to start and as you hit your ideal weight you want to do at least a 3 day maintenance routine.
Walking is good as it is inexpensive and everyone knows how to do it.
Get a solid pair of shoes and get moving.
Good luck and good health.

1st...don't listen to the quick weight loss crap thats floating around...
What you need is a better diet plan and exercise.
Most females average about 1600 calories a day..plus or minus depending on age..weight now and activity. So if you exercise...and eat slightly less than 1600 calories a day..you'll burn more fat than your taking in...thus lose pounds...
Drink slim fast...stop eating fast foods and eat 3 meals a day..at nite..if your a bit hungry...take a glass of warm water with lemon juice added for flavor...drink it fast...will kill hunger pains.
There is NO easy and safe way to lose weight so don't be swayed by the claims of 30 lbs in 2 weeks etc...this is your health so go slowly.
A good product...though a bit expensive..is Emerald Greens...and can be bought online.Comes in powder form or capsules...powder form tastes like grass as its made with all herbs but is the better way to go.It will kill your appetite..cleanse your colon and beef up your immune system plus a lot of other things
Web addy is below

good luck hon...

Try the South Beach Diet. I'm on it now and it's pretty painless. The first couple days are hard because you have to fight through your cravings but it works. It's also a healthy way to lose weight. It may take awhile but it's better then crash diets.
