Those are funny answers. Yea that is totally true -- there is also an Inuit tradition of warming the mans feel under the breasts of his mate. Common wiggle those toes a little faster!!!!

It would be warmer to put a foot on the endside of each thigh.
The maybe you can give him a little toe action to warm him up, which might lead to something that will warm you both up.

Yes a girl should warm her feet on a guy's back.
However - this is best done after letting him warm his "you know what" inside her "you know where".

I have often wondered why all my girlfriends have such cold feet..... my current g/f warms her feet on feet or thighs .... as I seem to have my central heating on all the time..... my body is one big hot water bottle.....
No wonder I can eat like a horse and put no weight on....
