Where in India is there a kundalini yoga / chakra meditation ashram?
(preferably from someone who speaks english)

Sivananda Ashram in Rishikesh is very good.. but they do not start straightaway from Kundalini Yoga.
Isha foundation also teach in English and their courses are said to be good.
better dont try it without a teacher...why not try some softer self-doing techniques ?
