Eating drinking urinating sounds good. I would watch for any more blood in the urine. I would not panic if its faint and her first time going potty but if there is still urine this afternoon I would get more concerned.

Call your vet and ask him how long it will take for you little one to recover, I would think that she would need a week or so to recover from a surgery like that. But your vet will be able to tell you what to expect and what to look out for, like if there is still traces of blood in her pee after three days or whatever. The vet will also tell you if you need to look for swelling or discolouration around the stitches and that area.

The best thing to do is, to call the same vet back, that did the surgery, explain what is happening, and they will be able to tell you, if it's normal, or if she needs to be seen, due to complications.

CALL THE VET NOW!
Don't let them kick you off the phone easy, tell them everything, especially that she hasn't fully woke up. Sounds like something is wrong. If you're not happy with their answer, find another vet IMMEDIATELY!

most likely she is going to be that way the day after surgery....but if you found blood in her pee i would just give your vet a call and see if that is a concern.....did they give you any instruction on what to look for....read them and see what to expect....

Speak with her vet. It's certainly possible she will need more than one day to recover.
