Taking small doses of hoodia isn't unhealthy at all, but keep in mind that small doses probably won't do much for you. Before I go into that, I want to explain what hoodia gordonii does in terms of weight loss.

All hoodia gordonii does is suppress appetite. It does not burn fat, increase metabolism, or magically melt the weight away. Hoodia gordonii contains a molecule called P57. This molecule tricks the brain into thinking it is full. The idea behind hoodia diet pills is that if you feel full, you'll eat less and hopefully make better eating decisions.

To experience the appetite suppressant qualities of hoodia gordonii, you may need to take it in rather large doses. Experts say that it can take as much as 3,000mg of hoodia gordonii per day to effectively suppress appetite. Every person is different so you might be able to get by with much less, but on average, it takes anywhere from 2,250 - 3,000mg of hoodia gordonii to work.

Furthermore, it can take up to 2-3 weeks of consistenly taking it before it starts working. Also, not everyone responds to hoodia so it might not work for you regardless of how much you take - or how long you take it.

If you are considering taking hoodia diet pills, be sure you get an authentic hoodia gordonii diet pill as most on the market today are fake. Unless you take a real hoodia gordonii supplement, you have no chance at having your appetite suppressed. I've provided a link below to an article that highlights the 12 things to look for when you buy hoodia. By following the guidelines outlined, you'll be able to find an authentic hoodia diet pill for maximum effectiveness.

Best of luck to you.

Hoodia will suppress your appetite. Since you exercise regularly, a supplement you may want to try is conjugated linolic acid (CLA) which helps burn fat. It works more effectively in aiding in weight loss, is natural, and cheap. About $15 for 90 750mg softgels.
