The company I work for is a really neat manufacturer. The products we have are simple to use but the only problem is, is that they don't come with easy to look at instructions. Can anyone recommend an advertising company that specializes in coming in and doing product instructions?

what sort of instructions do you want to be written, any freelance copywriter can do this for you. this will be cheapest.

You don't ever need to give out that information before you issue an invoice. And I would do a credit check on any new customer before doing business with them - or at least have them fill out a credit application even if you don't do a check. That will weed out most scammers who won't bother to respond
