Satan doesn't exist silly. But there are lots of pseudo-inspired gospels and religious books that did not make it into the Bible canon, and that goes for both the Old Testament and the New Testament.

These are identified as Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha. If you search Google for these terms you will find a lot of information. There are also the Gnostic scriptures of Nag Hammadi.

Dear Friend.

2 Timothy 3:16 teaches us that all scripture is inspired of god, God. The books in the bible were the ones that were selected by God to be included therin. If these are the ones chosen for us by God, why look for any others? Indeed The Apostle Paul councils us against this repeatedly.

Galatians 1:8
But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned!

God Bless

Here, you try to figure it out:

Personallyu, I like the parts of the Apocrypha, unlike many of the Protestant Christians out there, and I also like the Book of Enoch. I would take out James.

That being said, I do NOT want them to open the cannon. There would be too much pressure to change way too much. In other words, the devil would have his day.

You may want to research the dead sea scrolls. The Catholic bible contains the apocrapha, which is not in all bibles...it contains other books like the Maccabee's.

There's no gospel in the bible that God didn't want in there already.
