Secondly what can be done to make a new language contaning only necessary English words and easier to learn .

I worry about many things, but this hasn't made my list.....

Words will not break any bones. I am far more concerned with the increasing number of people than with words. Living languages constantly evolve. Some words are added; some fall out of use. There used to be evolution of pronunciation as well -- which is why French is unintelligible to Italians -- but that may have been arrested by the modern distribution of standard dialects.

There is already a language like this. English Basic or somesuch. I think it only has 900 root words. That language is generally for newscasts, instruction manuals and the like for those not fluent. With regards to normal English, language should just be free to flow however it naturally goes. That's what makes it versatile and useful.

Are you kidding? There are many more things in this world to be concerned with than words in the English language. Get some perspective!

I am much more worried about the young people with rather limited vocabulary. It isn't only in the states with limited vocabulary among native speakers, it is true in other parts of the world with speakers of other languages.

ye der a quite a few words but u dnt use all of them n u dnt need 2. jus use da words u use evryday, dnt worry abt da rest until u need 2.
