98 Chevy Misfire?

I have a 98 Chevy 1/2 ton Silverado equiped with a CSFI that is misfireing. A friend said that he found a recall on them in CA. Is it just because of CA's Clean Air Act or is is a safety recall and if it is a safety recall, what steps to I need to take to get it fixed?

Uhh.....call the dealer.....?
Or do a little homework of your own instead of relying on others to do the research for you.
