I have a 200K precision metal film resistor that i am researching for a project and would like to know what its made of.

it is achieveable. i do no longer remember the noise figures off hand, yet you gets some noise from the resistors, and the form of resistor aspects severely into how lots noise you get. additionally, resistors have some parasitic inductance and capacitance. That too will make a difference.
