Nobody can answer that for you mate, you decide. Download Firefox, it's free and use it for a while . If you like it then stay with it, if you don't get rid of it it costs nothing to try. While you're at it there is another free alternative, Opera. It's quick, easy to use and has a lot of little gadgets to add on if you like. Google Opera and Firefox give them both a try and see which you like. Hope this helps.

Mozilla Firefox every time. I also use Avant browser as it can open a few pages Firefox can't. You should always keep IE7 on your computer, you don't have to use it. I have had Opera but found it wouldn't work with Gmail and Flickr. Firefox does.

Well I have used both and still do but as Im a web site programmer I have to check all the websites look good in popular browsers and mozilla firefox is great!
It tops IE 7 in nealry all features especcially the risk of getting viruses with firefox is tiny compapred to ie 7.
If you don't want to remove IE 7 just keep it and try firefox as you can have multiple browsers installed Ive got opera 9.10, firefox and ie 7.

It's not an "either/or" thing. You can have them both loaded and switch between. I use both for different purposes. Occasionally sites don't respond well to Firefox, but then others don't like IE7. They're both free - so use both.

Firefox, my experience of it is that it is more stable, more secure, and more featureful then IE.

(And as a web author, I can say that it is much better at supporting Internet Standards then IE which makes it much easier to write websites for)
