Beef products are usually referred to as red meat, which studies have shown are loaded with cholesterol and other poisonous chemicals. Bacon is also one of the meats we cut down on due to the fact that there are 25 seperate chemicals used in its processing.

Red meat is Beef or Lamb or Ostrich. If you have some meat and it happens to be red in color, don't eat it. Red fish meat, such as Tuna sushi, should be fine but low sodium soysauce.
