An FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) is like a business' social security number. You can't typically "find" a list of them somewhere.

If you have a business, you can get one by contacting the Internal Revenue Service. I've referenced a good starting point below:

If it's an instate corporation, it will be listed on the state's corporation list. Look up the corporation and it will be on that page. In FL, it's www.sunbiz.org
