More likely, it is your teeth. The first set of which usually erupt between 6 months and 2 years after birth.
Plenty of people (especially pro-lifers/anti-abortionists) believe the soul arrives at the moment of conception (which is about 9 months before birth). There isn't any scientific evidence about when, or if, the soul comes into existence.

No. You are born complete: Body Mind and Spirit (soul) - but it is your spirit that receives renewal in the Sacrament of Holy Baptism. That is the whole idea behind "Baptismal Regeneration" (the act of "being born again" - Jesus said it - John Chapter 3 - "born again of WATER and the Spirit"!) - which has been taught by the Christian Church from the very beginning.

We all have a soul...and it will live forever. What we are born without is forgiveness and redemption, i.e. salvation. This is a choice you make, even if you ignore it, to have or not have faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. True faith makes all the difference in eternity for your and my souls.

The million dollar question: Will you go to Heaven? Here's a quick test. Have you ever told a lie, stolen anything, or used God's name in vain? Jesus said, "Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her has committed adultery already with her in his heart." Have you looked with lust? Will you be guilty on Judgment Day? If you have done those things God sees you as a lying, thieving, blasphemous, adulterer at heart. The Bible warns that if you are guilty you will end up in Hell. That's not God's will. He sent His Son to suffer and die on the cross for you. Jesus took your punishment upon Himself -"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." Then He rose from the dead and defeated death. Please, repent (turn from sin) today and trust in Jesus, and God will grant you everlasting life. Then read your Bible daily and obey it.

You are born without repentance. You must be born again to leave your sinful nature behind.

ARE YOU BORN AGAIN OR ADOPTED?
Could Nicodemus have been born again if he had understood and wished to?
Nicodemus was a ruler of Israel and Jesus was sent to Israel, so he was talking to Israel, not to the Church. Jesus was on earth and he was offering the kingdom to Israel if they would receive him as their king.
John 3:1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
Matthew 15:24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Jesus told Nicodemus that he must be born again in order to see the kingdom.
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Jesus told Nicodemus that he must be born of water and of the Spirit.
John 3:5 Jesus answered and said unto him, verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the spirit is spirit.
John 3:7 Marvel not that I say unto thee, Ye must be born again.
John 3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth; so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
John 3:9 Nicodemus answered and said unto him, how can these things be?
John 3:10 Jesus answered and said unto him, art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?
Jesus told Nicodemus in John 3:10 that he should know all the things about being born again since he was a ruler of Israel.
Nicodemus only had the Old Testament. He should have been able to find out how Israel would live on earth during the kingdom. Israel will live on this earth in a natural body and will be born again and go into the kingdom with Him. We, in the body of Christ, will receive a glorified body and live in heaven. Compare the scripture in Ezekiel 36 & 37 with John 3.
Ezekiel 36:25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.
Ezekiel 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
Ezekiel 36:27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
Ezekiel 36:28 And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.
Ezekiel 37:11 Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.
Ezekiel 37:12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.
Ezekiel 37:13 And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,
Ezekiel 37:14 And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.
How can we go to the Book of John for the doctrine of salvation?
In the Book of John, Jesus had not died for our sins. He was on earth and trying to get the Nation of Israel to accept him as their king. He was preaching the gospel of the kingdom. This is not what we must believe in order to be saved. We must believe that Christ died for our sins and rose again the third day. 1 Corinthians 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 1 Corinthians 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
How can we say to the Church today, ye must be born again? Why can we not tell the truth? When we hear God’s word and the Holy Spirit convicts us that we are lost and on the way to hell, then we can believe what Christ did on the cross for us.
Then the Holy Spirit comes into our body and we are circumcised with circumcision made without hands. Colossians 2:11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
We are baptized by one Spirit into one body. 1 Corinthians 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
We are sealed by the Spirit until the day of redemption: Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
We become a new creature in Christ. Old things are passed away and all things become new: 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
We become the temple of God because the Holy Spirit dwells in us. 1 Corinthians 3: 17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
We are adopted into the family of God not born again. Romans 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
