Results take time. I'm sure you didn't get out of shape overnight. You're not going to get into shape overnight either. Two weeks is not even enough time to really get comfortable with your workout routine.
I don't want to ruin anything your personal trainer has in mind for you by giving you advice. Listen to your trainer. That's why he's there and remember! Haste makes waste.

You going to have to do Cardio 5-6 days a week for 45-60 minutes just to get the fat off your arms. Then you need to do weight exercises to tone. This is what I do..

3 lb weights
Lateral Raise = 10 sets of 20
Lateral Front Raise = 10 sets of 20
Upright Rows = 10 sets of 20

5 lb weights
Tricep Kickbacks = 10 sets of 30
Bicep Cursl = 10 sets of 30
Overhead on a bench = 5 sets of 15

***I have worked up to this over the last 2 months. I start using just 3 lbs weights doing less reps. I do these every other day. On the alternate days I do Tricep Kickback (5 sets of 15), Overhead on a bench (5 sets of 10), Lateral Raise (5 sets of 10), upright rows (5 sets of 10). I rest a lot between doing these.***
