I have done several. The key really is intense fiber or fiber-like ingredients. As for working, it depends on what you want it to do. Weight-loss: maybe a little, not a good diet plan. Cleaning out your intestines: def!!

yes I got one from gnc. It works like a charm.try it, be prepared to have to go to the batheroom and drink alot of water.It works.if it says colon cleanse its good enough.
