Ok, im 13, 5 ft 2 and 111lbs, is this a healthy weight for me?

Your Body Mass Index is about 20.5 which is perfectly healthy.

To give you a reference..under 18 is underweight
18-24.9 is healthy (so youre in the lower range of healthy)
25-29.9 is overweight
30 plus is obese.

Absolutely. I am also 5'2", and females of this height should ideally weigh between 105 and 115. You can go as low as 100 or as high as 120, depending on your frame, but that is pushing it either way. You are perfect right now.

Yes, you are perfect. Somebody at 5'2 should be 110 lbs, so you're right on track.
