Don't take any diet pills at all. Every few years the FDA puts out a warning regarding ingredients in the latest popular diet pills. It's not worth your health. Plus you're not overweight. You're skinny. If at 5'7 and 120 lbs you not only think you're fat, but you want to lose 30 lbs to end up at 90 lbs, you don't need a diet pill - you need a therapist and a nutritionist to let you know how to deal with your eating and body image issues. Diet pills can end up causing long-term damage and wrecking havoc on your health. Good luck and take better care of yourself.

You can't lose weight easily in any fashion because you're already at your ideal weight. Someone who is 5'7" should weigh between 121-160 pounds. If you aren't eating enough, your body is in starvation mode and will not drop any more pounds.

If this is for something athletic and you really need to lose weight, #1 you shouldn't be taking any pills and #2, the best way to actually lose weight is to jump-start your metabolism with more exercise, more water, and more whole grains and veggies. ENOUGH whole grains and veggies - meaning 1200 calories/day minimum.

What the hell do you need to qualify for that requires you to be 90 lbs.? Are you trying out to be an extra in a Holocaust movie? 120 lbs. is a perfect weight for an athletic woman of your height. It might even be a little on the low side. Unless you're in a "destroy your health" competition, I'd stay where you are. Lighter is not always better.

So you're 5'7 and weigh 120, but need to lose 30 lbs. so you can weigh 90... at 5'7?! Anything that requires you to weigh 90 lbs. at your height isn't worth your time, darling.

Weight loss pills are horrible for your health, I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy. If you're already eating healthy and exercising and you're remaining steady at 120 lbs., maybe your body is trying to tell you something. Something like, "this is the right weight for you."

Okay, Normally I am not one for confrontation... but first of all those pills are only sold to an adult for a reason. Second of all if you are 5'7" and you weigh 120lbs... you are WAY to skinny to begin with (trust me I like em skinny and thats even too skinny). It would be seriously unheathy and unsafe to lose 30 pounds (if realistically even possible) . That means you would be 5'7" and 90 pounds... That is unsafe and anybody who is reccommending any pills should be ashamed of yourself. This is why we have eating problems in this country. Healthy is not BONE THIN. Trust me.

dont use pills. Some of them simply reduce water weight and dehydrate you. As soon as you drink some water the weight goes back on .

For your height weighing 90 pounds would be very bad.

As others have said reconsider what you are trying to do .

You want to be 90lbs at 5'7? That's disgusting and unhealthy. Guys don't like annorexic girls.

Diet pills don't work. DO NOT DO THEM. They are dangerous and idiotic and half-assed.

Just keep doing what you're doing, you're already about 15 lbs underweight. The key is to burn more calories than you take in each day.

120 is the normal weight for female teens and 135 fr boys so you cant really change your weight you just have to wait until you get older and if you get any taller the fat look stretches out because as you lose weight the you will get fatter until you reach 120 again so dont worry

If you are that tall and only weigh 120# YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. There is nothing in this world that can be important enough to qualify for that you need to risk your health for it. Get real and value your health.
