What should I call my heritage if I am those three things? One word PLEASE

If you live here, then you are an American...... why explain it further unless somebody specifically asks you about your background...... I don't know where you are right now but if you are in America, the USA, and born here, raised here,then it's a little pompus to say I am something something American......... Kind of a pet peeve with me.... my ancestors come from all over, but I am an AMERICAN

I would say it depends on where you are. I don't really think of American as being an ethnic heritage which is why some people tag their ethnicity onto the front of American. So you could say you're simply Spanish. British also isn't an ethnicity, you're either English, Welsh, Irish, Scottish, etc. Pick the one you identify with the most or simply tell people I am of such and such descent, born in _____.
