Maybe I'm the only one that thinks so but I think porn is like cheating. Would you like it if your partner was touching themselves while watching a video of the person next door masturbating? its the same as a porno right its just that that person lives next door.

To you it´s the same thing, huh? That´s fine, that´s your opinion. I just know that I wouldn´t want to involve myself with the likes of that. I am married, I watch porn ALL THE TIME (not all the time really, but it feels like a lot) and I still think my wife is sexier than ever. If you want to really get personal about it, I usually picture the chick being my wife, and the dude being me. And it always gives me ideas for new moves. And on top of that, it helps me last longer than her (which used to be the other way around), and so her and I both leave the bedroom feeling satisfied. Trust me, you would rather have a faithful husband or bf, than a husband who never watches porn, but he sleeps with other women, or he is a total pig, or he is bORING in the bedroom. I try to think I am the opposite of that ´type´ of man. And for that, I think that porn (albeit wrong in some places and cultures) is not even on the same BOAT as cheating or other bad things. Once a women or a man grow up mentally a bit (for some people that NEVER happens) then they can stop for a sec to realize that there is a HUGE difference between the two. And by the by, I do NOT watch porn to fantasize about other women. I watch porn because (it´s come to me naturally since I was like 13) because without a certain amount of contact my body starts to heat up. And when that happens, I (just me) realize that it is my lower body telling my upper body that it needs to do a natural human function. And my wife works a lot. And I can think about sex, from when I wake up in the morning. And sometimes, thinking about it ALL day, by night time I am not even excited anymore (although my wife is the most beautiful woman in the world to me). So, instead of cheating, I just do something that the human body looks at as a normal function. Atleast I am not at the club, getting 4 different women drunk, dancing with everybody, and being so unfaithful that you can smell the S.T.D.s dripping off of me. So (when you mature a bit) you will know that they are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS ALTOGETHER. Good luck, not many guys like being with a woman that makes Barney Rubble look like George Jetson...love and respect.

Personally, I don't think that porn is cheating. Porn, like other types of voyeurism as you describe (watching a video of the person next door masturbating), is one-sided. Cheating, emotional or physical, involves two parties who both know about one another. At least, that's my feeling of it.
If my partner is enjoying porn, to me it's no different than a physical representation of the fantasies and thoughts we all have. Compare that to cheating, which takes another person to be completed. I wouldn't be upset if it was a video of the person next door, provided I knew that my partner wasn't watching them because they seriously wanted to be with them. And if they did, that's not the sort of thing I'd necessarily know- people can have adulterous thoughts all the time without ever needing porn for it.
But that's just me. There's nothing wrong with you having a firmer stance.

Are you doing this while watching a neighbor? Cause that would be worse than just watching a movie. Alot of couples watch these movies for stimulation when their own sex lives are a little lack luster, to spice it up a bit. As for cheating....if my husband was watching a porno, and I walked in, I wouldn't feel threatened since it's just a movie, and would probably be turned on and jump his bones. If it's not obsessive behavior I say no, it's not cheating.

I don't think porn is cheating, but it can get annoying. If I caught my boyfriend having sex with someone else I'd kick his butt, but if I caught him watching porn I'd probably just laugh and/or tease him....or better yet join him in the fun;)

You need to loose that puritan mentality. If you honestly believe that porn is cheating, be prepared to have a very lonely life,...by yourself.

Yes definately! Porn is cheating! Your partner is litterly thinking of having sex with those girls or guys and it is sexually gratifying them!

As a guy I would say no. But my girlfriend think that if you masterbate to it, it is consider cheating. But I do not believe that is cheating.

It depends on how controlling you are, if your content on what you have it shouldnt bothre u..but if they are watching it all the time maybe its something to contemplate.
