I live in Charlotte, NC.
I am looking for information about what the average cost of a stamped concrete patio would cost in this area. I recently moved from Southern California, where I think landscaping was more reasonably priced. Not knowing the avg costs here I would appreciate some guidance.
The stamped portion of the patio is 14' x 20' with a 7' x 13' walkway.
The plain concrete portion (driveway extension) is 20'x6'
We plan to hire a contractor to do the whole thing, what on average should we expect to pay?

Prices vary across the country. Around $13 to 16 a square foot. If access is difficult there may be additional charge for special equipment or additional labor.

In my region (Oklahoma) we pay about $6 per square foot for regular concrete and $8-12 for stamped. Small areas can make contractors raise the price for efficiency reasons.
