I loan a huge sum of Money to a friend. Although i have him sign an agreement to me, he is not returning my money for very long. I have no proof that I actually passed him the money or withdraw the $ from my bank because half of the amount is not kept in bank but at home.etc. What can i do? I am very tired of pestering him every time. It pains me alot as it's quite alot of money. Please help... :(

I'm sorry to hear this. Perhaps try to pester his family/friends as well? Shame can make some people pay up. Or try to get some of the money paid back a little bit at the time.

Very sorry, you could have got it (if you had proof) chances of getting back is remote, legally. Try to convince your friend, or put pressure on him through common friends.
