You are scared? Do you really mean "scared"? As in someone who needs to seek a therapist? Or do you mean to say unsure?
If so, do this:
Go to the grocery store and buy
1 head of lettuce
1 tomato
Some American cheese
Grilled chicken
Now chopped it all up and eat it. It's the same thing McDonalds puts on their chicken sandwiches only now its a salad. It is more important that you realize that eating at fast food joints is UNHEALTHY, certainly more important than looking sexy for your boyfriend. If you can eat that fast food garbage and think that it tastes good, you can certainly find other foods that actually taste better and are healthy for you as well.

If you eat mostly fast food the first thing you need to do is schedule an appointment with the doc and get your cholesterol checked. Your are at great risk of having a heart attack from eating all of that fast food even if you are younger. Ask your mother what foods you liked as a baby and start with eating those foods. Go to a buffet and take small samples of different foods and try them. Be sure to be relaxed and view this as an adventure. Something new to conquer or similar type thinking. As for salad...........if you eat any burgers that have lettuce on them you are already eating that so a salad would be no problem. Look at the foods you are eating at the fast food places and take it apart and you will see that you do like foods. Burgers are just ground steak aka ground beef so you know you like steaks and roasts etc. If the sandwhich has lettuce or other things on it you know you like those things. If you like french fries that tells you that you like potatoes etc.

The best "fast food" for someone who doesn't like to cook or eat at other restaurants is Subway. It really works. You don't have to have all the lettuce and vegie stuff on it if you're afraid of it. What did it do to you to make you afraid? Anyway, stick with whole wheat/grain breads preferably. Add one of those vegie ingredients at a time and see how you react - if it still scares you. There are always other choices at most of the fast food restaurants that are not just "salads". Try soups, for example: the brothy kind, not creamy. Loosing weight is a choice. Choose wisely at your restaurant of choice. Always try to eat less - a Huge glass of water with or before will help to fill you up as well. A brisk walk to the "fast food" restaurant and back couldn't hurt. Good luck

Pills will eventually harm your body's internal system. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and walk at least 2 miles every day. You will develop a taste for healthier foods in the long run and have more energy to boot. Cut out salt, diet or regular sodas(the major causes of osteoporosis in women and some men), stop eating junk foods. The grease alone is so harmful to your system that you are just allowing it to build up in you colon. You need to flush your system naturally. Do this and you will live a long satisfying healthy life while those around you are dropping like dead flies from all the junk they eat.

There is no pill to make you want to eat healthy foods. However there are perscription weight loss pills but these are not healthy and can damage your body so they are not recomended. Honestly you sound like your 5. Your afraid to put food in your mouth because of nasty tastes. Simple solution. Put it in your mouth, if it doesnt taste good spit it out. granted your still going to look very immature if your spitting out your food but maybe you'll get over your phobia and stop eatting all that fast trash.

The best and healthiest way to lose weight and look good is to exrcise. Start off small and build up and soon you will realise that it makes you feel so good that you will love doing it.
Secondly, you are not a child, you should be able to rationalise the act of putting something that "tastes nasty" in your mouth. Years of eating foods that satisfy immediate cravings (for sugar and fats) will have effected the way you taste foods. People who don't eat fast foods find that they taste disgusting.
I would start by eating foods that don't have very strong tastes, like mashed potatoes, cauliflower, and things. And also to eat things that you know you like. And experiment. Try foods, just for the sake of trying them. Who cares if you don't like them. I am sure you are able to make yourself take unpleasant medicine when you need to,
Make it fun by involving your boyfriend. Ask him to cook you a surprise. Cook together. Get a cookbook and resolve to make all teh recipes from start to finish.
One thing is certain. you should watch supersize me to see what all this fast food i doing to you. And if you ever have kids, you should be ashamed if you allow them to develop such tastes, as you are experiencing first hand the problems it might bring on them.

Thats definatly not good at all im sorry to say but bread is osme of the most fattening food out there so cut out the bread , and mayo . and try eating salmon its pretty good and very healthy . u should get over ur craving of sweets tho and the once every 6 months is fine for fast food also no soda make sure no soda hope it helped

No pill is going to help you lose weight. If you really want to lose weight you are going to have to improve your diet. Number one- stay out of McDonald's & Popeyes. You have to try to eat some salads. Do your own cooking. You just are going to have to discipline yourself. And exercise is very important as a way of life, not just to lose weight but to stay healthy. It wont be easy. Good luck.

don't even think about loosing weight for anyone else except yourself. I suggest you do some research on nutrition and limit the amount of junk food that you eat. You are missing out on so many glorious flavors because you decide before trying it that yo won't like it. I feel sorry for you.
