I have an 8 year old son and 6 year old daughter who argue all the time? How can I stop this?

I have tried ignoring, telling them to work it out, refereeing, and nothing seems to work. Help!

We have a 6 year old and a 4 year old with the same problem. We have been making them do pushups and situps when they fight or misbehave.

There are fewer incidents, and they are in great shape. My 6 year old who could barely do 5 pushups when we started this, can knock out 20 in under a minute.

They still fight, but now they try and keep it quite or settle it on their own, and only have a meltdown once in a while.

They are both really stubborn especially the girl (the 4 year old), so it has been tough.

I have a 6yr old boy and a 8yr old girl who used to fight all the time. I have tried several things and what I have found that works is making them do extra chores,push-ups,and even getting them up earlier than normal when they fight the night before. Also teaching them to work as a team has helped. I set a goal with them for they week such as chores, homework, and not fighting. If they meet ALL of their goal, they get rewarded at the end of the week. This really works!

Look its natural at the moment you should put them in activies where they paly with each other, instead of referreing you should try to make them solve why they started arguing in the first place so that in this moment of thought they can realize that they were arguing over playdoh or something silly to us

Take Privlages away from them every time they fight. First Warn them, if they dont learn to get along, the more things you take away from them.
