Well they are high in fat, but nuts are acutually pretty good for your body in MODERATION. So, enjoy some, but try to not overdose on them. LOL

All nuts contain a lot of fat. Eat 200grams of almost any nut and you will have had about 500kcals. Nuts should be eaten at the rate of no more than 25grammes each day. This way you take in and use a very important range of vitamins without getting fat.

They are fatless but high in calories, you probably don't wanna eat too many of them. Health24.com suggests that you take a moderate amount of "a tablespoon five times a week".

All nuts are high in fat. In moderation they shouldn't make you tubby.

I think this is probably the least of your problems,but no,pecans are not fatless.They are high in fat and calories.

We grew them so I ate loads and they did not make me fat. Got a lot of energy from them so maybe walked it off. I loved them especially if lightly fried in oil and then tossed into salt and shaken. Yummy.

TUBBY! If you want a good nut though, try ALMONDS. They are nearly fat-free!
