Place in a deep dish along with beer, bbq sauce, brown sugar and ketchup. Marinate for a few hours. Transfer porkchops to baking dish along with marinade and cook at 350 for an hour. Turn porkchops over half way through. The pickiest eater will come running back for seconds. This is amazingly good. Goes great over whtie rice and string beans.

I really wish we knew what you had on hand, but here are my favprite pork chop recipes. The first has everything you need in it. Add a a nice dinner salad ad you are done: Pork Chop Bake: 6 pork chops (approx 5oz each) 3 Potatoes 3 Carrots 1 onion 2 Cans cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 Cans of Milk 3 Tbsp Flour salt and pepper Brown the chops in a skillet that has been lightly oiled. As the chops are browning slice the carrots potatoes, onions, and carrots. Place the browned chops in a 9x13 baking dish. Layer on the veggies. In a separate bowl mix the soup and flour until smooth, then add the milk. Pour over the chops and veggies and then cover and bake for 1 hour at 350. Then remove lid and continue to bake for another 15min. --------- Serve this one with some roasted potatoes. Autmn Chop Skillet: All you need is 2 chops, 1 red bell pepper-cut into 1 in pieces 1 apple peeled and sliced. Season the chops with salt and pepper, cook the chops in a tiny bit of oil, brown on one side and turn, add the onions, pepper, and apples. Cook until chops are done and the other ingredients are crisp tender. Serve with rice. -------- Sweet Chop Bake: The next recipe is for as many chops as you want to make. Salt and pepper both sides of the chops, place in a baking dish. Top EACH chop with the following 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp ketchup 1 slice onion 1 slice lemon Bake at 350 for about 30-45 min depending on how many chops, and how thick they are. This dish creates just a tiny bit of a nice sweet tangy sauce. You can simmer an extra serving or 2 the topping ingredients on the stove top with a little water if you would like. I serve this dish over rice also. Different sounding but very good!!!

Mix together 1 egg, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Then mix in another dish 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.

Dip four 3/4 inch pork chops in egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture. Place on a rack in a roasting pan and drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted butter.

Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Turn over the pork chops and bake another 25 minutes.

If you really want minimal prep time, effort, ingredients and thought process LOL -
take a rectangular baking pan
potatoes (idaho or red) does not matter what type
cut up the raw potatoes, at least quartering each potato - do not have to cut smaller than that and do not have to peel
layer the bottom of the pan with the potato cubes
place the pork chops in a single layer on top of the potatoes side by side covering the potatoes
take one packet of Lipton onion soup mix and mix it with 2 cups water
pour the soup mix/water mixture over the contents of the pan
cover with foil
bake at 375 for 35min. to one hour depending on the thickness of the pork chops you are using
if you would like the pork chops to be crispy, remove the foil after they are cooked thoroughly and broil for a minute
that is it
dinner is done
it is simple, easy and requires no attention
it is just not very glamorous LOL

Shake and bake is good
To make your own simply make a coating from bread crumbs and your favorite spices wet your chops, coat them and bake them at 325 for an hour or so.

I've tried all of these recipes at the links below and they are good! The first one sounds weird (at least that was my reaction when I first saw it) but don't let that fool you:
