When you dream that your teeth are falling out, it's supposed to mean that you're sickening for something. But in this case it sounds like you're maybe very tense about something and you're clenching your jaw so hard in your sleep that you're hurting the muscles.
You need to try and find a way to relax.

Sometimes when your teeth fall out in a dream, it means you are approaching a new level of maturity ie: when you lose your baby teeth, you are growing up.
This doesn't read that way though.
I think that you are grinding your teeth. They have guards at the drug store that you can buy to minimize the damage there. Grinding your teeth can cause alot of destruction. You maybe should also consult with your dentist as to whether you have TMJ disorder (which results in clenching an pain in the jaw)
and if there is anything you can do about it. I think that one or the other is filtering in to your dreams.
You may also need to be checked for gingevitis.
If you wish to address it only in symbolic terms, I would say that you are having a real problem communicating with those around you, and especially in situations where you need to learn to stand up for yourself, and it is causing a great deal of destruction to you. But I truly think this time, it has a physical basis, not an emotional one.

Sounds like you are stressing out over something (job, mate, kids, etc) and the stress is causing you to grit and grind your teeth in your sleep. You must be doing it so hard that your brain is incorporating it into the dream due to the pain level.
Solve the stress problem and it should stop or you can get a mouth guard like a football player or some dentists will make one for just this.
When I was younger I did the same but mine was all day, w/o thinking I would clench and grit my teeth. Cracked one doing this, so you have to be careful.

Often, dreams about losing teeth means a loss of control of something on your life.
I used to be in a very abusive marriage. I had little control over anything in my life. I was plagued by dreams of falling teeth. After I divorced the creep, the dreams have since stopped.
The ache can possibly mean one of two things.
1. The pain is psychological, stemming from the emotional trauma of the dream you just experienced.
2. You clench or grind your teeth at night and should possibly wear a night guard to protect your teeth from further damage in the night.

Dreams of teeth are generally assumed to have sexual significance. This is however true only to some extent correct. The development of the teeth runs parallel to Man's physical development and simultaneously indicates the process of ageing. If the dream teeth stands for sexual potency, then they also symbolise aggressive tendencies. Teeth which fall out can be seen as a general loss of potency.

It's a bad dream and maybe a visit to the dentist will explain the aches and pains in your jaw and teeth.

You could be really stressed hun, and so dream about your jaw locking. It could also mean you are stopping yourself saying something that you should say to someone.
