NOPE. The only thing I tried that works is Hoodia P57 and it's expensive. It does have ephedra in it though. However, it does work by surpressing appetite and giving you a load of energy to burn off at gym. I take P57 during day and Accelis at night and lost 14 lbs with diet and a little exercise. If anyone can find it for under $40 please share resource. Thanks.

Adios to your £s, but not of course to your lbs!

Absolutely useless!

Look around you if ANY of these things worked would we be getting so overweight?

We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don't do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don't use them up!

Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg.

Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?

I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.

adios diet tablets? they are your basic laxatives and after you have consumed your meal they basically make you go to the toilet to releases the waste from your body. i think your looking for a quick fix but the truth is that these tablets can kill you if you start depending on them to stay slim and when you realize your not losing weight after about 2 months of them working you may find yourself increasing the recommended dosages, these sort of tablets can also put lots of strain on your heart. i know you say you have tried all sorts of diets but how long have you stuck to them? stick to eating around1,300 - 1,700 calories a day and walking for about 45 mins a day or just start working out a little bit a day, try skipping it's the perfect way to get fit and costs next to nothing, 5-10 mins for the first few weeks and when you start to get fitter you can increase it. good luck with the weight loss, whatever you try but please try my suggestion for the first 3 weeks or so.

Hi, I'm taking them at the moment but i'm at weightwatchers as well, so I'm taking one with every meal. I don't know yet as i've only been on them for 2 weeks, I'd have to get them into my system first. I lost 2 lbs last week, and 1lb this week. But I had a blow out on mothers day. I'll let you know in a month.

sounds to me like you should stop taking the Michael out of other contributors who do sit ups and maybe do a few yourself and then you wouldn't have to worry about diet con pills
