The last time I had my hair done, my stylist and I were talking about ways to straighten my hair (it has waves but they're not even or regular) and she told me that she had just bought something at K-mart (of all places) for $20 (this was around Christmas) and it was a blow dryer and a straightener combined.. I was thinking she meant it was a wet/dry straightener but she said something about how it looks more like a blow dryer.. anyone know of anything like that?

No I have never heard of that, but I have really curly hair and i wear my hair straight alot. This is how I straighten my hair after I wash it I put some leave in conditioner and blow dry my hair in four sections (make sure your hair is dry and not damps and it's stright) Now your hair might be puffy but if you have a good flat iron it can be silky smooth like mine. (the best kind of flat irons are ceramics) You should invest your money in a good flat iron because it does wonders to your hair and it beats buying a whole lot of cheap ones. Now all you have to do is style your hair with the flat iron. Of course you can do it also in the four section and then use a big cutling iron to give it some body. Hope this helps you. Good Luck
