i walk everyday for 30 odd minutes everyday and not exactly
well brisk.... i am not able to control my food portions and my work schedule does not allow me to do so so i binge on during my lunch ........i have a light breakfast and generally do not go for dinner ...........or i maybe just eat an orange .................rest there is no particular exercise during the day ........and i m kinda losing weight too but just wanted to ask do uor think there is anything wrong i mean medically or other wise and how can i improvise on it

I think that you should continue to walk, drink six to eight glasses of water a day. Eat lots of foods with proteins. Continue with fruits and vegetables. Try not to eat after 7 or 8 pm. I have also try a cleanse and I do recommend it. It has help me to lose wait but also given me energy, help stop my migraines, and I get a restful night's sleep. I wake up with a lot of energy. Anything worth having is worth working for.

You're not eating enough, you need to eat more.

You need a healthy breakfast, some healthy cereal(there's some good healthy and tasty ones now, try granolas), or some oatmeal with some toast or something. You also need to have a good lunch, try a sandwich and some fruit, and a good dinner, look up healthy recipes online for things to cook. You also need to have a couple snacks, otherwise your blood sugar plummets and that's why you gorge at lunch etc. Just buy some snack bars from the grocery store, have one between breakfast and lunch, and one between lunch and dinner(you should eat something every 2 1/2 to 3 hours to prevent your blood sugar from crashing).

You can also do some substitutes, whole grains instead of regular, like whole wheat pasta or bread, sweet potatoes are super good too. Make sure to eat fruits and veggies too(it's not that hard, an orange with lunch or steamed veggies for dinner). Drink plenty of water(2L per day) or tea, cut out pop or other sugary drinks, they're nothing but empty calories and they erode your teeth. If you crave something sweet have it after exercising. Also dark chocolate is great, so eat it instead of regular chocolate, shop around until you find your fave.

Follow this, and you will be healthy and I very much believe you will not gorge any longer.

You should not skipped your dinner although you binge in your lunch, you should use the healthy way to slim down.You should try walking faster bit by bit, try eating less sugar food and starting to eat more food that provides with more energy then you could eat balance and healthily. Try to change your eating habits also eat more fruits and vegetable and try not to eat slim tablets to slim down. If all these could not help consult a doctor, he/she would give you advice. best way to lose weight is to eat small meals 6 times a day, walk moderately at least 3 times a week and drink lots of water. i lost 65 lbs. doing this.
